The Missouri Association of Student Councils awards schools for outstanding performance as a Council. Applications for The Honor Council Award are submitted to MASC. The award is criteria based. If a school meets all of the prescribed criteria, that school receives the award. This award has been established to honor student councils that have a comprehensive program promoting student activities and student leadership. The award is the highest honor that Missouri Association of Student Councils bestows upon one of its members.

At the State Convention in March, 2010, a total of 100 Honor Council Awards were given in recognition to outstanding student council programs in the state of Missouri!

All applications must be completed by February 12.  Membership dues must be paid by Dec 31.  You must attend the State Convention in March to recieve the Honor Council Award
